Kapci 805 is a high-performance 2K Etch/Wash Primer engineered for outstanding adhesion and anti-corrosion protection on a wide range of substrates. Ideal for use on steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and other light metals, it also adheres well to GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) and PE putties. Its versatility and reliability make it a trusted choice in both automotive refinishing and industrial applications.

This two-component primer must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio with Kapci 806 Hardener. Once applied, it forms a durable, thin coating with excellent bonding capabilities—serving as a solid foundation for subsequent layers such as 2K fillers or topcoats.

Application Recommendations:

• Mix 1:1 with Kapci 806 Hardener
• Apply 1 coat with a total dry film thickness of 15 – 20 microns
• Sanding is not required before recoating
• Not recommended for application under 2K PE putties or PE spraying fillers
• For enhanced corrosion protection on steel, use in conjunction with 2K Epoxy Primers
